James 2:14-17
Faith and Deeds
14 What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? 15 Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. 16 If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? 17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
- Has God ever asked you to Trust Him ? That is have Faith in Him to be with us ( interested in each one of us ) in all aspects of our life or do we pick and choose when we call upon God through Jesus Christ as if HE “worked” for us, Yikes !
Within His Book HE wrote to each of us , the Bible , He asks each of us to believe in His only begotten Son , that is to have Faith that HE is.
Hebrews 11:6 6 And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
He ask for us to let others know about His only begotten Son Jesus Christ , the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ and Sharing our Faith and the personal relationship with Jesus with others.
If we are truly honest with ourselves, we all are a bit shy, when it comes to telling someone about Jesus Christ we seem to lack courage, especially people we do not know.
