We all have events in our life that have either hurt us or messed with our emotions.
It is the question of how long do you hold onto them ( remember ) allowing them to effect you moving forward.
We all find some of these are hard to let go ” lay them down”. Yet there is away to do so.
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Jesus was talking here, about being saved into the Kingdom of God. Yet through prayer in Jesus name with faith you can let it go / lay it down. As ALL things are possible with God.
