Keeping your eye on the President – and off of the tricks – has become a favorite tactic of the Administration. And this week’s speech was no exception. From oil production to community college, POTUS performed his magic act with amazing dexterity.
In his Stoplight® commentary, Stuart Shepard shows how the trick is done. He highlights two claims in the speech that cannot both be true. Once someone is able see through the sleight of hand, he says it becomes nearly impossible to be taken in by the performance.
