You can add this web site to your allow list for each profile

OR 

Click the Preference blue tab on the left

Place a check mark in the box next to the Quick allow under the Deny Settings and enter a password- now select an amount of time you would like to be able to view any web site that is blocked.

 Note: once the time limit expires the site will again be blocked.

WHEN the deny page is shown for any web site denied You can now click on the “Quick Allow “ Link now shown on the deny page

You must enter your password you entered when you enabled this feature to view

Note: Only the person whom knows the password can over ride the page.

This is a handy tool for in the rare occasions a site you know that is OK is blocked

Then check your profile settings to see if you need to make an adjustment. Maybe you have a category selected you may not need blocked. 

NOTE: ON the deny page it will SHOW the reason why the page was denied. This will tell you what category or protocol or any other reason why it is blocked. 

Example: The deny page says It is categorized as Social networking - you can add that site to your allow list and all other social networking sites will remain blocked or you can uncheck social networking  in your profile

If you feel it was blocked by mistake and not by your settings - simply email Support from the Customer care page with the web site address lettings us know Or use the submit for review Tab in the profile manager.
