Our business solution will filter and block inappropriate web content and goes well beyond just content, allowing you to manage specific applications to be filtered, such as, web email, POP3 email, file transfer apps, instant messaging, and many other such applications.  Granting the versatility and flexibility to customize the Internet use to meet your IT policies within your work, school, or church environment.

Admin. ANY changes to the profile on any lap top that is off network globally , right from your IT office or remotely from your smart phone or any machine with internet access world wide. Yes, all due to our filter is web based and has been for over 12 years and now this concept ( web based ) is referred to as Cloud computing.

What does this mean to you ?  The install is simply a 2 MB communications app. thus not taking up the valuable HD space. As all the complex software is on our servers as well as the bandwidth use to filter the inbound traffic. Thus No more back ups of your filter Data as your filtering data , reports etc. are stored on our side therefore we take care of the back ups for you, thus you can instantly retrieve your profile(s) and settings in the event you have any HD crash and you save on Bandwidth cost.

Example(s):

• Your IT policy allows for only Yahoo messenger as your IM for the office – you can block all other applications such as AIM and many more
• Your IT policy restricts the use of webmail applications (to prevent personal use during work hours) and allows for only the office POP3 protocol email - you simply block all webmail applications. With one click of the mouse you have now blocked ALL webmail applications such as Gmail, Hotmail, and all others.
  
• You can select only laptops to be allowed to have webmail for personal use if you so desire. Since these are used for business travel and off network and thus non working hours are included.Then simply filter web mail when back in the office as you see fit.
  
• Your IT policy does not allow employees to chat online – you simply select "block Web chat".

Versatility & Flexibility

Example: You can block all social networking sites such as YouTube, Facebook, MySpace (all known social networking sites) PER workstation & laptop per your IT policy – allowing ONLY your marketing team to have access to your facebook account. All other workstations will not be allowed access to any social networking sites.

As you see in the examples – the versatility and flexibility allows you to adapt our filter to fit your current IT policy as well as allowing for expanding of your IT policy as needed.

Internet usage Reports: You will have access to 16 individual internet access reports showing the sites that have been viewed or denied. With the option to view in the following formats PDF – HTML (Text only) – CSV – Plain text – XLS and zipped CSV or simply receiving reports in the basic email format with live links on the allowed / denied reports.
